//Grateful Heart//

Today I am linking up with the lovely Emily from Ember Grey for Grateful Heart Monday. Being consciously grateful is something that I can say I have gotten better at over the years. Why? I have found that repeating to myself everyday things that I am grateful for has completely changed my attitude and the way I look at things in life. It’s a win win situation girls.

Specifically going into today I am grateful for the desire that Matt (my husband) has to want to make sure I am taken care of. I hit the jackpot with this man he’s constantly always thinking of things to do for me because his heart is for me to be happy and excited about things in this life we share together. I am totally spoiled by this man. He is the least selfish person I have ever known.

We have an older Lexus 330 it’s the nicest car I’ve ever had and I love it! However, my husband wanted to “pimp” it out for me, so this weekend Matt totally surprised me by putting in a navigation system with bluetooth, dvd’s on the back of the seats for the kids, backup camera, and upgraded lights. I told you I was spoiled.
It’s not the material things that get me it’s the fact that he puts a lot of thought into thinking of me. It’s pretty special. So what are you grateful for this beautiful fall day? I would love to hear your heart.

    🙂 You sure are lucky to have such a sweetheart of a man for a husband! Doesn't it feel so great to know he loves to do things for you to bring a smile to your face, and to make sure you're safe?! I feel the same with my husband, whether it involves material things or not. It's ALL good! Thanks for linking up today, Fawn! Enjoy your new pimped out ride!!!! 🙂

    Thanks Amy. We keep going back and forth between wether we should buy a thrid row car or keep our lexus so we figured we would keep it for another year instead of getting something with a third row for now. So he wanted to make it a little more newer for me. So sweet. He did come visit a few times when we wre at CHC but he was in GA working for Jeane Mayo and her Masters Comission program. He is a sweet one:)

    You are so right….living a life consistently looking for the good changes your world! It's something I've been focusing in on for the last few years also. Very, very cute story about what your husband did for you this weekend with the car upgrades…you are very blessed 🙂

    Thanks @Shannon Nichole. It's so true how it changes your entire perspective when we start giving thanks for what we have.
